Our R&D is well equipped with the world class testing facilities of steering yokes, Universal Joint Assemblies, Steering Sub-Assemblies and Intermediate Shaft Assemblies. ROOP is sprucing up its R&D facility and its product development capabilities to be able to do end-to-end work. From product design and development to validation and testing. Our versatile manufacturing facility which includes CNC Turning center, VMC, Automatic Spline Slotting Machine, Step Swaging Machine, Broaching Machine, Welding and assembly of UJ, makes us the customer’s first choice for developing new parts globally.
By patenting DCCV Housing, ROOP has added another feather to its hat. The whole facility is available to support actively the programs related to Development, Introduction of new technologies of steering U-joints and parts. ROOP has consistently exhibited its relentless commitment to add value through its world class-system, product and process development capabilities for its customer.
